- Darryl Hough Review added: 2018.02.13★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The rooms were clean and tidy and the housekeeping staff were really friendly. These were really the only two positives that I have. The hallways were quite smelly (despite seeing the housekeeping giving them a good clean), and the elevator was a scary experience. The worst part of the experience was the handling I was given by the gentleman upon check in. He did let us check in early, so I thank him for that but what I don't appreciate is the blatant lie he told me when I went down for an espresso. He advised that he didn't have enough beans to serve me and for me to go Starbucks (There were approximately enough beans for 100 espressos and it was directly in front of me). They also advertised that they did room service from Ed's diner in the rooms but upon asking, we were advised that this wasn't the case and the response we got was 'it is one thing to say we do and another that we can do it'
