- Sylvia Wellend Review added: 2019.01.03★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Whilst the team who built the physical loft (subcontractors) were not too bad, the overall service from Abbey Partnership (this company also calls itself "Abbey Loft Conversions Ltd".) was shockingly bad.
Two years on our 'New' heating system still does not work properly, snags were never rectified and we were basically left high and dry and pressured for all money, sometimes in cash. Poor project management, rude and argumentative staff and a never present MD only added to the three very bad leaks and what to us is unfinished business.
Abbey Partnership were only interested in doing it on the cheap, subcontracting and cutting corners, never taking responsibility for their work and delivering on their proposition. We really regret choosing Abbey for our loft conversion.
